Audubon Country Club is an idyllic location full of characterful homes and beautiful surroundings. It’s located just west of the US 41 and a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico, near Naples, Florida.Southwest Florida International Airport is a 30 minute drive, and Naples Collier Hospital is only a 15 minute journey.

Audubon Country Club stretches for 770 acres, with 274 acres reserved for wetlands and preserves. So no matter how big the community gets, there will always be plenty of nature surrounding it.

A country club wouldn’t be worthy of the name without a golf course. The Joe Lee designed course is a championship course over 18 holes and 6700 yards. It also includes a clubhouse which has 36,000 square feet of space. Membership is limited to 350, so there is no waiting for tee-off, or fighting through crowds at the 19th. It really is an exclusive place.

For non-golfers there is tennis, fitness areas, card rooms, croquet courts, a library, and a pool. There is alsoformal, and informal dining available. The community here is friendly and inclusive. So much so that it isn’t unusual to see residents moving home, but staying within the Audubon Country Club community.
Available property consists mainly of low-rise condos, villas, single family and estate homes. There are currently 405 properties on the plot, with few being available at any one time.

Prices range from $450,000 for a small 2 bedroom villa to $3.5 million for a large 5 bedroom estate home. Lots on Audubon Country Club don’t come up very often and tend to sell fast. Anyone wanting to move here has to move quickly. With more property than golf club memberships, it pays to check for vacancies before buying too.
