• Next, we'll introduce you to a selection of homes that meet your housing requirements and style preferences, and weed out those houses that simply don't meet your needs. During this step, our communication with you will be steady, as it will be necessary to tell you about homes that are new on the market or those that have had price adjustments.
• After you have selected a home, we'll help you negotiate a price, as well as structure and present an offer. Whatever the seller's response, we can advise you how best to proceed.
• When we find a willing seller, you'll enjoy how we make the contingency period easier by making sure all aspects of the deal are in order. No documentation will go unread and unreviewed. Plus, any details about the transaction that you feel need a bit more attention, we'll attend to! And hand-in-hand, we will be present during the closing to help you make a final inspection of the property so everything is as you saw it when you agreed to purchase the home.
